This is not a drill: Britney Spears is pregnant with her third child! The legendary pop star confirmed the news herself on her Instagram account Monday, and it’s the sweetest thing ever.

According to Britney, she noticed she was gaining weight in her stomach and, like any good woman worth her salt, assumed it was a “food baby.” But alas, it is not. Because it’s a real baby! *Sob.*

“So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby 👶🏼 … 4 days later I got a little more food pregnant 🤰🏼🙈🙈🙈 It’s growing !!! If 2 are in there … I might just lose it 😬😬😬😬😬😬.”

She says she doesn’t plan on going out of the house much, as she’s afraid paparazzi will try and steal her joy (and baby bump shots), much like they did the first two times she was pregnant with sons Jayden and Preston. She opened up about her tough pregnancy experiences the first time around.

Relate: Britney Spears was tormented for being postpartum, full stop

“It’s hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression … I have to say it is absolutely horrible,” she writes. “Women didn’t talk about it back then … some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her … but now women talk about it everyday … thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret.”

In Framing Britney Spears, it was revealed that her mom, Lynne, believes Britney had postpartum depression. Just weeks after the birth of her second son, she’d filed for sole custody of both of her kids with her ex, Kevin Federline. By the time everything came to a head, her boys were just four and two years old.

This time around, Britney Spears and her fiancé, Sam Asghari, plan on keeping things low-key and as peaceful as possible.

“This time I will be doing yoga 🧘‍♀️ every day !!! Spreading lots of joy and love 💕 !!!”

Congratulations to the beautiful Britney Spears and her growing family. No one deserves peace, love, and everything good in this world more than you, queen!
