How would you describe your pregnant style?

Jeans, t-shirts, and long flowy dresses . Simple, chic and, above all, comfortable.

Have you had any challenges learning to dress your body during pregnancy?

With baby number 2, my biggest challenge is shoes! With my first pregnancy, my feet swelled up only a week or so before I delivered, by which point I was already off of work. This time around, my feet swelled at the halfway mark, and so I’m constantly playing a painful game of ramming my feet into shoes for meetings and then quickly changing back to flip flops .

So far, what has surprised you most during your pregnancy?

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I bought some pricey maternity dresses for events that I wasn’t in love with. I ended up wearing the items once. What I realized though was that some of my favorite indie brands actually fit even while I was pregnant. MEG stands out as a perfect one. So after that, I only spent money on clothes that I knew I could wear after the pregnancy. This time around, all my new maternity items are “fast fashion,” like H&M , which has been so much fun because I don’t usually buy fast fashion!

What are you most looking forward to sharing with your baby?

My four year old daughter Mischa! She is so excited and ready to be a big sister. I can’t wait to sit back and witness their love.

What’s your 5 registry essentials?

I haven’t done a registry the second time around… I figure everything is in storage somewhere! Should I be worried? 😉
