Another Vanderpump Rules pregnancy proves that pregnancy can be contagious

The cast of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules continues to show that pregnancy can be contagious among friends.

Lala Kent is expecting.

Brittany Cartwright is pregnant.

And now, another cast member just announced a pregnancy. Scheana Shay is expecting a rainbow baby after suffering a miscarriage four months ago.

We’re so happy for her and can’t help but smile about how the VPR cast are proving scientists right. “A friend’s childbearing positively influences an individual’s risk of becoming a parent,” researchers noted in a 2014 study published in the American Sociological Association journal.

And Shay’s friends (or enemies, depending on what episode of VPR you’re on) have been busy making babies recently.

This trend among the VPR cast can be seen in all kinds of friend groups, from old high school pals to coworkers. Congratulations to Bravo’s mamas-to-be. We can’t wait to see who announces a pregnancy next.
