She captioned her post with lyrics from Kelly’s song “Last November,” a track that reflects on the couple’s shared experience of pregnancy loss.
Nearly a year ago, Fox shared the heartbreaking experience of suffering a miscarriage with Kelly. In an interview on Good Morning America, she reflected, “I had never been through anything like that before in my life. I have three kids. So, it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
This will be Fox’s fourth child, as she is already mom to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Kelly (real name Colson Baker) is also a dad, to his 15-year-old daughter, Casie.
Fox and Kelly’s relationship has been anything but ordinary. The couple, who met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020, has captured fans’ attention with their intense connection and memorable moments—from Fox starring in Kelly’s “Bloody Valentine” music video to the pair famously sharing vials of each other’s blood after their engagement in 2022.
In her poetry collection Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, Fox recently opened up about their heartbreaking miscarriage in 2023. Reflecting on the pain and transformation that followed, she shared poems that described the experience and her deep longing.
Fox writes about an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and a day, sharing, “maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if i had…”Elsewhere, she writes, “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” and later, “but now / I have to say / goodbye.”
Now, the couple’s journey has led them to this joyful news, and fans are thrilled to see them expand their family.
As this new chapter unfolds, Fox and Kelly continue to show that their love, though often unconventional, is deeply rooted in shared experiences and resilience.
