There’s so much to love about this photo of Blake Lively pumping milk at Disney

Ahead of the new year, Blake Lively shared some of her 2023 highlights on Instagram. And while most moms likely can’t relate to being dressed by Michael Kors for a Fashion Week show (dare to dream though, amirite?), Lively revealed that she was pumping during a character meet-and-greet at Disneyland Paris. And moms everywhere are going, yep. Because mom life never stops, no matter where in the world you might be.

2023 was a big year for the Lively/Reynolds brood, with the actress and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, welcoming their fourth baby early in the year. Alongside photos of herself posing in front of Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant (aka Sleeping Beauty Castle) with her older sister, Robyn Lively, and mother-in-law Tammy Reynolds, Lively posed with the rats from Ratatouille, breast pump in tow. And fans are loving that her pump is front and center in the adorable character shot, praising her for “normalizing pumping in public.”

Captioning the photo carousel: “2023 Highlights: pumping at @disneylandparis Cheers Remy,” Lively can be seen donning her Disney ears and shirt, as well as her breast pump attached to her hip. Fans clocked the specific pump as the Elvie Stride, which is known for its lightweight, hospital-grade performance and easy app connectivity. Of course, she looks cute as ever with the two beloved characters, but it’s her visible pump that’s scoring all kinds of praise.

“Thank you for pumping in public and helping to make a positive change for the next generation of pumping moms out there! I’m hoping that by the time my daughters become moms they’ll live in a society where moms feel comfortable and empowered to take care of their babies wherever they are. The more people see women breastfeeding in public, the more normal it becomes, so thank you for being a part of that” wrote one person.

“If you haven’t pumped while waiting in line at Disneyland what are you even doing?! Mine was an hour wait at Indiana Jones. Pumped 11oz ” added another. “Me when I pumped at the palace of Versailles,” joked yet another.

Along with their newest addition, Lively and Reynolds are parents to daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4. Here’s hoping that she had a great time with her family at Disneyland Paris and yes, the breast pump is always welcome to the party, mamas. Wear it proudly!
