Jessica Randazza-Pade

Jessica Randazza-Pade is VP of Marketing, Communications, and Sales at Neurable, a Boston-based neurotechnology company pioneering real-time brain health monitoring through everyday consumer devices. An award-winning global marketer and advocate for women's brain health, Jessica has spent her career translating complex health innovations into accessible consumer experiences. Before Neurable, Jessica led maternal and infant health initiatives for Danone across US and Greater China markets, and drove women's health innovation portfolios at IDEO, where she helped design human-centered solutions addressing critical gaps in female health and wellness. Her work spans Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups across the US, EMEA, and Greater China, with expertise in turning consumer insights into operational results and market-changing products. Named one of Campaign US 40 Over 40, Jessica brings a unique lens to neurotechnology: one shaped by witnessing firsthand how women's health concerns—especially cognitive changes during midlife and menopause—are systematically under-measured, under-studied, and too often dismissed. At Neurable, she's working to change that by making objective brain health tracking accessible, actionable, and designed with women's lived experiences at the center.
