Home / News / Viral & Trending Baby Shark is going to be a super popular baby toy in 2020 Baby Shark We're callin' it. By Heather Marcoux April 15, 2019 Baby Shark Rectangle This weekend Baby Shark was remixed on a stage at Coachella, but if you’re unlikely to make it to the festival next year, don’t worry—your baby will be able to put on their own performance thanks to another new Baby Shark-themed toy, the WowWee Baby Shark Melody Walker. As first reported by PopSugar, this new walker will launch in October 2019 and retail for $40, which is comparable to other similar toys. When the original Baby Shark plush toys launched last December they sold out almost immediately and became a popular Christmas gift, so this walker could end up under a lot of Christmas trees, too. While most of the Baby Shark toys so far (like the plush, the dancing doll and the Fingerlings) are meant for a slightly older crowd, the Baby Shark Melody Walker will be one of the first Baby Shark themed toys for younger babies, and is meant to serve as a push toy and help with motor skills development. It’ll still be a few months before we can watch our babies get on their feet for Baby Shark, but in the meantime, we can watch the crowd at Coachella do the same. Idk.
