Home / Life This mama’s gone viral after neighbor’s hilarious photo of her 2-year-old This is a text she didn't expect to receive! By Kristina MacIsaac February 7, 2020 Rectangle An Iowa mom got the most hilarious surprise ever—after her 2-year-old decided to let it all hang out for the neighbors. Jeni Boysen says it started when she tried to grab a quick shower and left her son Dax watching TV. “He was sitting on my bed watching Peppa when I hopped into the shower and still on the bed when I was done 5 minutes later,” she told Motherly. She never would have known what her son had gotten up to do during those five minutes had it not been for the funniest text of all time. “Your kid is naked in your window,” Boysen’s neighbor messaged her—with a super funny picture to prove it. Boysen shared the text on Facebook, saying “Ya know. Sometimes you think you’re doing okay at life and then you get a message like this from a neighbor. I just cried I laughed so hard.” The post has racked up almost 150,000 shares as of this writing. Boysen says 2-year-old Dax is a typical toddler, with the occasional naughty behavior you’d expect and a dislike of wearing clothing—but his naked romp still came as a surprise. Thankfully, she’s got a good relationship with the neighbor who snapped the pic. “My neighbor Laura is a friend and has kids as well, she knows my kids well,” Boysen says. She says it’s been so funny to watch the response to the now viral post, with lots of moms and dads chiming in to say they could totally see their kids pulling a similar stunt—because if there’s one thing we can all agree on as parents, it’s that kids know how to epically embarrass us. At least Boysen can laugh about it—along with the rest of us.
