Meet the newest Swiftie: Randi Mahomes, Patrick’s mom

Taylor Swift is receiving rave reviews lately—and it’s not just for her music. The 33-year-old Love Story singer went from impressing rumored boyfriend Travis Kelce’s dad to receiving praise from Patrick Mahomes’ mom. 

After making multiple appearances cheering on beau Kelce at the Kansas City Chiefs games, Swift has become friendly with the Kelce family, as well as the Mahomes. But it was the NFL quarterback’s mom, Randi Mahomes, who took to Instagram to share how “sweet” the singer was, specifically to her 12-year-old daughter Mia, People reports.

On Tuesday, the elder Ms. Mahomes shared a “kissy face” selfie of her and Swift, which appears to have been taken inside the family’s suite at Sunday’s game at Arrowhead Stadium. The pair reportedly bonded while watching the game in which the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the LA Chargers 31-17. She also shared a photo of Swift and Mia, which she captioned with the hashtag #girlpower. 

The pop star has been photographed at four games, appearing to be in good spirits and fitting right in with the Mahomes clan, including Patrick’s wife Brittany, sister Mia, 12, and his brother Jackson, 23. 

Swift and Kelce have reportedly been dating for several months but only recently went public with their romance. After a cryptic appearance on The Today Show by Kelce’s mom, Donna had fans buzzing that her boyfriend’s family might not like her, but Kelce’s dad, Ed, quickly quashed those claims, gushing to People that the Lavender Haze singer is “very special,” “very sweet,” smart and charming.

It appears the Anti-Hero singer is, in fact, the opposite when it comes to blending in with her love interest’s family and his famous teammates. Just consider them one big happy football family!
