Serena Williams shared the sweetest photos of her girls

Serena Williams recently shared new photos of her adorable daughters. The tennis star, 42, posted a couple photos to her Instagram stories of older daughter Olympia and the newest addition to their family, Adira River.

The mom of two can be seen holding baby girl Adira in her arms while Olympia, 6, cozies up next to her. It’s the ultimate mom photo because what’s sweeter than your little ones snuggling against you! Olympia looks like she’s ready for bedtime and you can see Adira’s moon-phases onesie but, this photo is even more precious because of the tennis icon’s facial expression. Williams looks so content and happy in this moment with her sweet girls.

Serena Williams and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, welcomed their second daughter, Adira River, in August. Ohanian, 40, revealed the adorable baby name in a cute Instagram post where he wrote:

“Welcome, Adira River Ohanian. I’m grateful to report our house is teaming with love: a happy & healthy newborn girl and happy & healthy mama. Feeling grateful. @serenawilliams, you’ve now given me another incomparable gift — you’re the GMOAT.”

“Thanks to all the amazing medical staff who took care of my wife & our daughter 🙏 I’ll never forget the moment I introduced @olympiaohanian to her baby sister.”

Williams also posted a photo of Adira River’s sock-clad baby feet on her Instagram stories. I am not one to get baby fever so easily but there’s something about teeny, tiny baby feet that gets to me like nothing else can.

Previously, she shared that Olympia just thought she was getting “fat” so, when she found out she was really getting a sibling her reaction was priceless.

The tennis legend revealed her baby bump to the world earlier this year at the Met Gala.
