WHAT DID HE DO TO YOU, TAYLOR?!), it turns out that heartbreak and parenting have more parallels than one might think. Moms have been flocking to Instagram to create hilarious content using some choice lyrics from the album. One that’s extremely relatable to motherhood comes from the chorus of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” when Taylor sings: “I cry a lot but I am so productive, it’s an art.” (I’ve never felt more seen!) Related: This supportive husband is every partner on Taylor Swift release day Instagrammer Annalee Grace (@annalee15) used the song for a meme that would be hilarious if it wasn’t so true. “Moms getting screamed at after spending all morning getting everyone dressed, fed, and out the door to go make ‘fun family memories’” she wrote on a reel of her at her wit’s end while in the driver’s seat of the car. “This lyric really resonates for this exact reason for me too lmao” another mom commented on the post. Related: I took my autistic daughter to see Taylor Swift overseas—and it was magical “The satisfaction I get from screaming this lyric is unlike any other,” wrote another. Honestly, same.
