‘Teen Mom’ star Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with twins—babies #6 and #7 are on the way!

Just a few short months after confirming she welcomed her fifth son, “Teen Mom” star Kailyn Lowry has also confirmed she’s pregnant again—with twins! She is currently expecting babies number 6 and 7.

During an episode of the “Barely Famous” podcast with Allison Kuch (who is also pregnant and married to Raiders player Isaac Rochell), Lowry said a recent trip tot Thailand served as a hint that she may have been eating for two.

“When I got there, I was eating everything,” Lowry explained. “My face was flushed, but I didn’t think anything of it because I was like, ‘There’s no way. There’s no way I am.'”

In addition to her fifth son, Rio, Lowry currently shares son Isaac, 13, with ex Jo Rivera (also a fellow “Teen Mom” alum), son Lincoln, 9, with ex Javi Marroquin and sons Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with ex Chris Lopez.

She admitted her surprise over finding out she was expecting not one, but two babies. She also said she’s basically a pro at recognizing ovulation patterns at this point, though admits ovulation trackers aren’t always accurate.

“I mean, this is my sixth pregnancy, six and seven for me,” the reality star——explained. “And I’ve gotten pregnant when I’m not actually—like I’ve tracked my ovulation and I’ve gotten pregnant on days that were not my ovulation window.”

Lowry also says it was important to her to try and keep her fifth pregnancy as private as possible, even if paparazzi and “Teen Mom” fans suspected she was expecting. With her current pregnancy, she hoped to regains some control over sharing the news as well.

“I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms,” she told PEOPLE earlier this month, “and kind of share what information I wanted to share.”

She said she’s never felt fully “ready” to share her news, especially as part of a storyline for an MTV show.

“I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again,” she explained. “I kind of feel like my hands are tied. People are announcing it for me and so, at this point, I might as well just talk about it. At this point, I can at least try to do it my way.”

And hey, who knows? Maybe one or both of the twins will be Lowry’s first daughter or daughters!
