Chrissy Teigen announces her baby boy’s name (and it’s a good one)

He has a name! The little boy Chrissy Teigen and husband John Legend welcomed into the world a few days ago is officially known as Miles Theodore Stephens, his mama announced on social media Sunday.

“We are drowning in his little peeps and nuzzles. Our household feels overwhelmed with love,” Teigen wrote in an Instagram post announcing Miles’ name and debuting his sweet little face for the first time.

Miles is a fairly popular name, currently ranked 110 on the Security Administration’s annual list of American baby names, but it may become even more popular now. His sister’s name, Luna, rose from spot 77 all the way up to 37 nationally after Teigen and Legend chose the name for their daughter and it’s in the top 15 for girls names in the state of California.

If you’re wondering why his last name isn’t Legend, it’s pretty simple. It’s not really dad John Legend’s name either, that’s just a (very cool) stage name.

Congrats to Chrissy Teigen John Legend (aka John Stephens) on the birth of this adorable baby boy.
