By Cassandra Stone October 10, 2023 Brody Jenner/YouTube Rectangle There is nothing more annoying than realizing you’re out of coffee creamer in the morning. While most of us would probably just substitute our favorite creamer with regular milk or drink it black, Brody Jenner did something a little…different. I hear it’s very nutritious. I hear it’s very delicious. I think it’ll do.” Before dumping the bag full of liquid gold in his mug, he asks his wife if he has her permission to do so. “Sorry to disturb you but we’re out of almond milk,” he says after waking up his wife. “Do you mind if we use the breast milk that I put in the fridge last night?” “No, it’ll probably be really good for you,” she replies. “You want some, too?” Jenner jokes. After making his “breastmilk latte,” he climbs back into bed next to his wife and daughter. He suggests that the next time Tia pumps, she adds a little “extra” for their coffee. After taking a sip, Jenner gives his honest opinion: “It’s freaking delicious.” Related: AAP now recommends breastfeeding beyond age 2 due to benefits for both baby and mother If you’re wondering about breastmilk consumption for adults, the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine says “Unless milk is coming from a known sourceâa lactating partner, for instanceâit therefore poses many unknown potentials for communicable disease.” It might be a magic elixir for infants, but outside of a quick coffee creamer substitute, breastmilk should probably just be saved for babies.
