After years of breastfeeding, hauling babies, sitting at a computer for hours on end and hunching over my phone like a human shrimp, my default posture isn’t exactly stellar. I’m also “I kinked my neck by sleeping funny” years old. In an attempt to right these wrongs, I tried out the Forme Power Bra, a viral posture-correcting bra designed by an orthopedic surgeon.
