Home / News / Celebrity News Ayesha Curry found the perfect job with Honest Company The entrepreneurial mama is now Honest Company's Brand Ambassador. By Heather Marcoux September 29, 2018 Rectangle She’s an entrepreneur, a cookbook author, and a mama to three, and now Ayesha Curry is adding something else to her impressive resume: She’s the new brand ambassador for Jessica Alba’s Honest Company. Curry (and her youngest, baby Canon) made the big announcement on Instagram after celebrating at Honest’s headquarters in Los Angeles. “I’ve used Honest on all of my babies,” she wrote on Insta. Mom to 6-year-old Riley, 3-year-old Ryan, and 2-month-old Canon, Curry already knows a lot about Honest’s products. She’s been recommending them for years. Way back in 2013, when Riley was a baby, Curry wrote a blog post about how much she loved Honest’s diapers, baby products and cleaning supplies (and this wasn’t a #ad, she noted in the post that she wasn’t compensated at all, just really loved the line and wanted to share her experience with her followers). In the years since she’s continued to share her love of Honest on social media. Today is definitely an @Honest sunscreen, swimsuit and grilling kind of day! — Ayesha Curry (@ayeshacurry) 1428866218.0 The new partnership doesn’t just make sense because Curry is such a big fan of Honest, but also because Honest founder Jessica Alba is a huge fan of supporting other female entrepreneurs. As an author, restaurateur and media personality, Curry’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in everything she does, which makes her the perfect fit for Honest. “Ayesha amazes me, she’s an incredible chef, dedicated mom, and inspiring entrepreneur,” Alba said in a statement after the announcement. “She is all about living a happy, healthy life and what she uses in her home and on her babies has always been super important to her. Ayesha values perfectly align with Honest’s mission which makes her the ultimate Honest Mama and I am thrilled to be partnering with her!” Speaking with Motherly just before the announcement, Alba stated how important it is to her to collaborate with female founders, explaining that “from a female empowerment standpoint, it’s important to see two women not be competitive and to celebrate each other and support each other.” We totally agree and love seeing mamas supporting mamas.
