Home / Life / Beauty & Style 5Qs with Liz Bump Envy By Danielle Wilson July 5, 2016 Rectangle Name: Liz Anthony Neighborhood: Bed Stuy, Brooklyn Occupation: Founder of Mariposa Communications {Boutique PR firm specializing in fashion accessories} Baby’s Gender: Girl How would you describe your pregnant style? Mostly comfort and function, but not far from my non-maternity self. I already gravitate towards leggings and flowy frocks with details like bows and lace as it is. Have you had any challenges learning to dress your body during pregnancy? This pregnancy is a completely different season than with my first (born at the end of December 2013). So I’ve had to adjust my maternity wardrobe a little bit based on that and account for showing earlier, but it’s nothing that a little spandex can’t fix! So far, what has surprised you most during your pregnancy? How different I’ve felt both physically and mentally. Maybe it’s just harder in general the second time around while having a toddler to run after. I really loved being pregnant with my first. This pregnancy, I have not been feeling so hot, so I thought it was a boy! What are you most looking forward to sharing with your baby? I can’t wait to see how different this little girl is and just how it changes our little family dynamic. A big perk is sharing our 1st daughter’s wardrobe! Having two girls a couple of years apart is helpful when it comes to all their stuff – that is, if my toddler is going to share with her. What’s your 5 registry essentials? My second time around mom splurges so far have been: Baby Brezza Formula Pro Big/Little coordinating outfits from June & January Oh Joy!
