Shelley Zalis

In 2000, Shelley Zalis left the corporate world to pioneer a lifestyle company and built OTX, which she recently sold to Ipsos. As the only female CEO on the top 25 list her whole career, she was inspired to launch her most recent endeavor, The Female Quotient and Girls' Lounge. The Female Quotient is committed to advancing equality in the workplace, reimagining corporate culture and helping women rise to leadership.
