I am a Realtor and divorced mom of 3 living in a suburb of Chicago. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling, although I never thought I would actually use my degree in my career it's actually come in handy in my personal and family life! I poke fun at parenting because it's a pretty overwhelming job and if we can't laugh a little, well then, we would all be losing our minds. I started my blog as a way to educate, share, and openly document my journey of raising a young transgender child.
