Melanie Wolff is a mother of three (Sebastian, 8, Hugo, 5.5, and Giselle, 3.5), before creating Brella, Melanie spent 15 years working in advertising, marketing and technology for brands including Schick, Johnson & Johnson, Bravo, and Amazon. Due to the wealth of knowledge Wolff has gained both personally and professionally, she has been able to create the first on-demand- technology-enabled child care service that focuses on the needs of families alongside her Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Darien Williams. Brella, the brainchild of Wolff and Williams, was created due to both Co-Founders going through a childcare system that seemed to work against families rather than with them.
