Laura Chambers

Laura Chambers is President and CEO of Willow Innovations, the brand that disrupted the breast pump industry and created the fully in-bra wearable pump category. As a mom to three, she is passionate about Willow’s mission to build solutions to mom’s most meaningful problems. Willow created the first and only quiet in-bra wearable pump that offers moms 360-degree, spill proof mobility, with no cords, tubes, or dangling bottles. Laura joined Willow in 2020. Under her leadership, Willow has accelerated its growth and expanded its product portfolio to include two in-bra wearable breast pump models and key accessories. Before Willow, Laura was the General Manager of the Airbnb Core Hosts and Community business. Laura also served in various leadership roles with eBay Inc., PayPal, Skype, and McKinsey & Co. Laura holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Melbourne (Australia). Laura and her family reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
