She runs group workshops and individual coaching and counseling sessions both online and face to face. These programs integrate mindfulness and self-compassion practices with the power of EMDR. She is also the founder of the online, self-paced program Mindfulness4Mothers, combining expert interviews, simple mindfulness practices, and the science of human flourishing.
