Erica Bethe Levin, a food-industry expert, three-time founder and mom of two, is the CEO of Globowl, an internationally-inspired baby and toddler food company introducing babies to culture through food from their very first bites. Previously, Erica founded CheekyChicago, a leading online resource for women; led expansion efforts for Reserve, which was acquired by Resy in 2018; and has been a food writer and correspondent for local and national media outlets for the past 15 years. Erica serves on Northwestern University's Council of 100 (a hand-selected group of NU’s most successful female alumnae), is a Techstars and Target Takeoff graduate, a two-time Chicago Innovation Award nominee, a Parent’s Pick Award winner, one of Today’s Chicago Woman’s “100 Women Making a Difference” and most recently, a finalist on Gordon Ramsay’s and Lisa Vanderpump’s Food Stars on FOX, Hulu and Disney+.
