This class will prepare you to have for your best birth—no judgment–just nurturing, informative guidance.
Our birth class 100% online and you can take it at your own pace. It is divided into 12 lessons.
We’ll cover:
- The stages of labor and what you’ll experience
- How to cope with the pain (medications and non-medicinal methods)
- Cesarean births + interventions
- Postpartum recovery
